DB Squat to Neutral Grip Overhead Press

Two-Arm Overhead DB Extension

DB Pushup to Renegade Row 

Bent Dual DB Row

DB Lunge to Hammer Curl

DB Russian Twist

This workout will feature a simple 3 sets of 10 reps formula, perform as either a circuit or straight sets.  Try it if the gym is crowded or you are looking to switch up your routine.
