HIIT, also known as high intensity interval training is a great technique to incorporate to maximize fat loss. It is also very efficient. Simply put, interval training is a period of near maximum output followed by a rest. Outdoor sprints are a great way to incorporate HIIT into your routine.
One of the most effective fat loss techniques I like to implement is sprints. Short 40-50 yard bursts will turn your body into a fat burning furnace. I have also included some compound bodyweight exercises to make this a hard-hitting, efficient circuit workout, perfect to do at the local high school track. My clients and I have seen great results from this routine, and I hope you do too.
