I am beyond excited to launch my blog. Now I finally have a place where I can provide you with premium fitness content, to help you lead happier, healthier, more confident lives. As some of you know, I am a professional fitness model and have appeared in over 200 magazines and on a dozen covers all over the world. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer with the ISSA, and will be opening up my own studio in Boston later this year.
I have been involved in fitness for over a decade. I started out as a skinny high school freshman, tipping the scales at a mere 145 lbs. After several years of hard work, research, and consistency, I was able to transform my body into a 190 lb. working fitness model. I am excited to share with all of you the tips, tricks, and advice that I’ve learned over the years, and continue to learn today.
This blog will feature a “Workout of the Week” post, where every Monday I will share a new workout you can add into your routine. I will also post a lot of diet and nutrition tips, including healthy recipes, an inside look into what my diet looks like, etc. My ultimate goal is to keep you all motivated. You can expect to see posts about anything related to the fitness lifestyle such as new workout songs, cool ways to switch up your routine, fitness modeling career updates, and much much more.
