Home Abs Workout- Coronavirus Quarantine Series
I decided to start an at-home workout series to help keep everyone in shape and feeling good as we all deal with the impact of coronavirus. The workouts have been carefully curated and designed for all skill levels and require no equipment. This installment is an at home abs workout, that will engage all portions of the abdominals and only takes 20-25 minutes. This abs workout will be performed circuit-style, for 30 seconds per exercise. Repeat for 3-5 total rounds. Be sure to rest in between if you are out of breath because you won’t be able to properly contract the abs if you are trying to catch your breath. Exhale forcefully on each repetition. After each round of the circuit, rest for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
EQUIPMENT FREE 6-PACK ABS ROUTINE
Perform as a circuit, repeat for 3-5 rounds
PLANK OBLIQUE CRUNCH 3 SETS OF 30 SECONDS PER SIDE
PLANK WITH ALTERNATING ARM EXTENSIONS 3 SETS OF 30 SECONDS
FLOOR REVERSE CRUNCH 3 SETS OF 30 SECONDS
LEGS UP CRUNCH 3 SETS OF 30 SECONDS
“PILLOW” PASS 3 SETS OF 30 SECONDS
